Refund policy
At KOREJ Skin, we’re here to make sure your experience is as seamless and joyful as possible—from the moment you order to the moment your package arrives at your door. We carefully pack each item with love in San Diego, CA, but we know that sometimes it's a long journey to you and things can go awry during shipping. If you're package arrives and it looks like there may be an issue, please take these steps:
- If the package was damaged during shipping or something is missing, the video gives us a clearer picture of what happened.
- It helps us resolve issues faster—whether that’s sending a replacement, issuing a refund, or addressing concerns with our shipping partners.
How to Report an Issue
- Record a short video of the unopened package, then continue filming as you unbox it, showing the contents clearly.
- Snap a couple of photos of any damage or incorrect items, if needed.
- Email us at hi@korejskin.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number (usually looks like #2790 for example), video, photos, and a short description of the issue so we can get it sorted out for you ASAP.
We do our best to provide information up front to help determine if a product is right for you (see our product FAQs), but we understand that adverse reactions can still occur. If you've had an adverse reaction to a product, please send an email to hi@korejskin.com with photo or video attachments documenting the reaction so our team can address it appropriately. We can absolutely issue a refund for the product due to any adverse reactions.
Returns
Due to safety and contamination concerns, personal care goods (such as beauty and skincare products) cannot be returned. We can issue refunds or replacements on a case by case basis, please see above for more information.
