KOREJ is completely dermatologist founded, from conception to reality. Our founder Dr. Scott graduated from Harvard Medical School and went on to train in dermatology and cutaneous surgery at the University of Miami, where she later became the Associate Director of their Skin of Color Division. Not only is she an expert dermatologist, she's an expert mom if there ever was one. She is a mom to 5 (their initials are the inspiration behind our name), content creator, and educator. Over the last decade plus of sharing her medicine and motherhood journey, one of the top questions she got was "is this pregnancy safe?" She recognized the need for a clear choice women felt confident purchasing to meet their skincare needs, whether pregnant, trying to conceive, nursing, or beyond.
